Welcome to Aesthetic Interiors. By using our services, including consultations, design, and project execution, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before engaging in any of our services.


1. Scope of Services

Aesthetic Interiors provides interior design services, including but not limited to consultations, design concepts, space planning, sourcing of materials, furniture selection, and project management. The details and scope of the services will be outlined in a written agreement or proposal for each project.


2. Client Responsibilities

Information and Access:

The client agrees to provide accurate information, access to the project site, and necessary approvals in a timely manner to facilitate the completion of the project.

Decisions and Approvals:

The client is responsible for making timely decisions regarding designs, materials, and other project-related choices to avoid delays.

Payment Obligations:

The client agrees to pay all fees, deposits, and costs as outlined in the agreement for the project. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.


3. Payment Terms

Deposits:

A non-refundable deposit of [percentage or amount] is required to initiate design work. No work will commence without the deposit.

Invoices:

Invoices will be issued based on project milestones or as agreed upon in the contract. Payment terms are [X] days from the invoice date.

Late Payments:

Any payments not made within the agreed terms may incur interest charges of [percentage] per month until the payment is received.


4. Design Fees and Costs

Design Fees:

The fee for design services will be detailed in the agreement and is typically calculated on a flat-rate or hourly basis, depending on the scope of work.

Material and Product Costs:

The cost of furniture, materials, and other products required for the project will be outlined separately and charged to the client at the agreed price.

Changes to Project Scope:

If the scope of work changes after the initial agreement, additional fees may apply. All changes will require written approval from the client.


5. Design Revisions

The initial design concept may include a set number of revisions (usually [X] revisions). Additional revisions beyond this limit will be charged at [rate] per hour or as agreed upon. Design revisions that require changes to materials or services already purchased may result in additional costs.


6. Project Timeline

Estimated Timeline:

The timeline for project completion will be agreed upon at the start of the project. Delays caused by the client, third-party vendors, or unforeseen circumstances may affect the completion date.

Force Majeure:

Aesthetic Interiors is not responsible for delays due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.


7. Third-Party Vendors and Contractors

Vendor Selection:

Aesthetic Interiors may recommend or hire third-party vendors (e.g., contractors, electricians, plumbers) for certain aspects of the project. The client may be required to sign separate contracts with these vendors.

Liability:

While we work with reputable vendors, Aesthetic Interiors is not liable for the actions, performance, or errors of third-party vendors or contractors.


8. Intellectual Property

Design Ownership:

All design concepts, plans, sketches, and digital renderings produced by Aesthetic Interiors remain the intellectual property of Aesthetic Interiors unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Use:

Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the final design for the specified project. The client may not use the design for other projects or purposes without permission.

Portfolio Rights:

Aesthetic Interiors reserves the right to photograph the completed project and use the images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.


9. Cancellation and Termination

Client Cancellation:

The client may cancel the project at any time. However, the client will be responsible for any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation, including design work completed, materials ordered, and services rendered by third-party vendors.

Designer Termination:

Aesthetic Interiors reserves the right to terminate services if the client fails to meet their contractual obligations, including non-payment, failure to provide required information, or delays in decision-making.


10. Limitation of Liability

Aesthetic Interiors will make every effort to deliver high-quality services. However, we are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.


11. Warranties and Guarantees

Materials and Products:

Any warranties or guarantees on materials, furniture, or other products are provided by the respective manufacturers. Aesthetic Interiors does not offer additional warranties beyond those provided by third-party suppliers.

Design Services:

While we strive for excellence, design is subjective, and we do not guarantee specific results in terms of aesthetics or the personal preferences of the client.


12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Gujarat.


13. Amendments

Aesthetic Interiors reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes that may affect their ongoing project.
